    I placed a takeout order from your Chatsworth location for a lunch presentation on 2-28-14. When I arrived to pick up the order, I realized that I did take into account a vegan in the group. Tania at the Chatsworth location was so very helpful and assisted me by placing a rush order for a spinach salad and breadsticks without cheese. Within five minutes, I got the vegan items I needed. Tania saved the day!

    I love stone fire however the last 4 times i’ve gone there they are sloppy!!! This is in reference to ensuring that everything that comes with the meal is included. (happened today in Westlake/thousand oaks) How are you going to send someone on their way with the french dip au jus without the sauce? The sandwich is terrible with out it… well not terrible just plain. :( The previous times before that i’ve been charged for extra fetta and not given any on the side the way i requested for it!!! Get your act together in the kitchen people!

    So i was sent a email to let you know my most memorable event. Well growing up it was my mom n men my two sisters and i will never forget to always how my mom a single mother made everything possible for us. When the holidays came around it was the best time if year. We were happy n together as a family. My mom to this day for all major events we go to Stonefire n Santa Clarita to have lunch or dinner. So i will have to say we as a family have made memories that will last a life time. And me being a single mom of 5 children would love to be the winner of you hosting to my family. Thanks for the yummy food, and wonderful service we get.

    I went to StoneFire on Winnetka in Northridge, CA around 1pm on 11/17/2013. I had one of the worst customer service experiences of my life. As I saw the person (she might have been a senior person as she was not wearing the standard uniform the other serving staff was wearing), pass by with my food – (I knew it was mine as I recognized what I ordered), she started looking around so I waved the table number in the air so she can see me. She then said “Wow, that was rude!”. Then she proceeded to bring our food to our table and I said “What did you say?” and she replied “That was rude!”. It wasn’t like I threw the number at her, I waved it in the air so she can see me so she wouldn’t have to keep walking the floor to look for the table. I can’t believe she actually said that to a customer!

    As a senior staff member she really should know better. You need to re-train your staff on their customer service as I found it abhorrent.

    I was looking for somewhere to have my birthday dinner with my family and friends and your place was recommended to me but after reading your reviews I was very disappointed because the majority of them are not good. Disappointed I really wanted to try it. Your food on the website looks good to.
