    I’ve been a fan of Stonefire Grill in Thousand Oaks since it opened. I love the place. When you order take-out, the food is so freshly cooked that it might still be too hot by the time you get it home. I recommend Stonefire to everyone. Their staff and management have been particularly kind to my family and me.

    My wife and I love our visits to Stone Fire Grill. One thing that would make them even better is “organic raw sugar” packets. More healthy and tastes great.

    We attended a wedding June 28 of the daughter of the McFaul family. The food was wonderful and enjoyed it very much. We would also like to say how helpful and pleasant the servers were. It was a wonderful experience made by Stonefire.

    It would be easier to have separate menus for vegans/vegetarians and gluten free on the website. I also noted you do not have a vegan dessert.

      Thank you for the suggestion, Irene! We will look into separating the Vegan, Vegetarian and Gluten-Free menu on our website, we are also currently testing out a vegan dessert that will hopefully be available soon.

    On several occasions I have had, your barbecued chicken and it is not fully cooked. I am referring to the West Hills location.
    After taking a few bites it is red or pink on the inside. This is a health hazard and you need to stop rushing chicken orders out unless they are fully cooked. I did bring it to the attention of one of the servers and I asked her to mention it to the manager, but I don’t think she cared.. Stop trying to get people in and out quickly.

      We are so sorry you were left unattended at our West Hills location, a.f. tisch, we will address this with our West Hills management team immediately. Our meats are slow cooked over night and finished on a live mesquite grill, so it’s a very rare occasion for the chicken to be undercooked.
