Catering Questions

Do you offer Catering?

Yes.  Our Catering Packages start at just $7.99 per person.  Our Catering Menu can be viewed and downloaded here, or to speak to a member of the STONEFIRE Catering Team, please call 888.649.5783.  At STONEFIRE, we offer three levels of service:
PICKUP - Ready when you are, your meal can be picked up from any of our STONEFIRE locations.  A minimum number of 10 guests is required.  Quality, plates, cutlery and serving utensils included.
DELIVERY - Your order will be delivered at the time you specify to the location of your choice.  Quality plates, cutlery and serving utensils included.  A minimum number of 20 guests is required.  To ensure driver           availability, please arrange for STONEFIRE delivery service at least 24 hours in advance.
FULL SERVICE CATERING - Members of the STONEFIRE Catering Team will arrive ahead of your scheduled serving time to set up, serve and clean.  A delicious meal with a full service buffet, including chafing dishes, serving utensils, quality plates and cutlery will be provided.  A minimum number of 30 guests is required.  Servers are based on availability, so please plan in advance.

What is the minimum order for a STONEFIRE Catering?

If you would like to pickup your catered meal, the minimum order is 10 guests.  For delivery only, the minimum order is 20 guests.  For a full service catering with a server, the minimum order is 30.

How do I place my order?

Placing your STONEFIRE Catering order could not be easier!  Please call one of our Catering Specialists at 888.649.5783 and we will help you with every detail.

Do you need advanced notice for STONEFIRE Catering services?

Yes.  For delivery, we must have a minimum notice of 24 hours.  For full service catering, we recommend that you reserve STONEFIRE service as soon as you know the date of your event.  The other details can wait!  Still, we request that you place your order with at least one week in advance.  During holiday periods, we suggest as much advanced notice as possible.  For both STONEFIRE deliveries and full service caterings, orders are first come, first served.

What is included in my catered event?

STONEFIRE‘s full service catering includes one or more of our Catering Team members and all that is needed to set up a buffet for you (chafing dishes, serving utensils, quality plates and cutlery).  Linens are also provided for the buffet.

What do you ask of me?

We ask that you provide two 6 to 8-foot tables or a similar space where we are able to set up the buffet.

Can I change the details of my STONEFIRE Catering order?

Yes.  You can make menu changes and adjust the number of guests up until 72 hours before the scheduled event.

How can I pay for my STONEFIRE Catering event?

We accept cash and all major credit cards.  We do not ask for a deposit, but we do ask that you sign our Catering contract to confirm your order.  On the morning of your event, we will charge your credit card in full, or you may pay with cash upon arrival.  Our STONEFIRE Catering Team will confirm all the details with you 72 hours prior to your event.

What is the cost of a STONEFIRE server for my event?

We recommend one STONEFIRE server per 60-75 guests.  The server cost varies according to your location and required needs.  Typically, a server is available to you for three hours with a 45 to 60-minute set up time, 90-minute serve time and 30-minute clean up time.  Each event is unique and our servers can remain longer depending on your needs.  Please call our Catering Team at 888.649.5783 to discuss your event and how STONEFIRE can best help.

Does STONEFIRE Grill cater weddings?

Yes!  We were hailed by the Style Network for catering a stylish and delicious wedding on a budget!  Our Catering Team has a wedding specialist that focuses specifically on the uniqueness of a wedding and the details to be addressed.  From the number of servers and arrival time to helping cut the cake and more, a wedding requires special planning and we are here to help!  Please call our Catering Team at 888.649.5783.

Can I customize my STONEFIRE Menu?

Of course!  Our Catering Menu represents the most popular choices of our guests over the years, but we are happy to accommodate special menu requests and mixing and matching of our sides and salads.

How do I order for children?

Typically, we suggest that each child under the age of 10 be counted “2 for 1″ – two children for one adult.  We are also happy to provide a separate menu for children if you’d like.  Please ask us for details if this interests you!

How do I order for vegetarians?

We have several menu items to suggest for your vegetarian guests.  Please ask us for further details and our best suggestions when placing your STONEFIRE Catering order.

Does STONEFIRE Grill offer beverages?

Yes.  We can provide both Pepsi™ products and bottled water for your event at a reasonable price per person.  Please ask us for details if this interests you!

How do I tip?

STONEFIRE caterers and delivery drivers appreciate any gratuity you provide them.  As a rule, we do not mandate the amount of gratuity given, but we suggest 15% of your bill before tax and labor.
