How do I become an SFG Rewards member?
Signing up is easy! Simply register by providing your name, email and phone number to join online, or pick up a card from any one of our Southern California locations and register online. Once you’re registered, you will receive your first reward: a half-basket of breadsticks! Don’t forget to sign in to your account when placing an online order, or provide your phone number when placing your order in the restaurant to keep earning points.
How do I earn points + rewards?
For every $1 pre-tax dollar spent on Dine In, Takeout and Online orders, you earn 2 points! For every 250 points, you automatically receive a $5 reward! Your rewards are stored on your SFG Rewards card and expire after 14 or 90 days, depending on the reward. SFG Rewards point accrual balances automatically reset each calendar year.
What are the SFG Rewards membership levels?
There are three levels of rewards membership: SFG Rewards Member, Extended Family, and Inner Circle. Earn 2,000 points to become Extended Family and 5,000 points to become Inner Circle! Extended Family Members accrue at 2.2 points per dollar and automatically receive a $15 reward for reaching the goal. Inner Circle Members accrue at 2.4 points per dollar and automatically receive a $30 reward for reaching the goal. All membership levels within the program are maintained within the calendar year and apply to the subsequent 12 months. Why do I need to register my card?
Registering your card ensures that you receive the full benefits of being an SFG Rewards Member! Register your card to earn points, claim rewards, receive your birthday gift, transfer your balance if your card is lost or stolen, and receive exclusive access to offers and promotions.
How are my points tracked?
Your points are tracked via your registered account. Simply present your SFG Rewards card or registered account phone number to a friendly Team Member when ordering your next meal. If you are placing an online order, sign in with your registered SFG Rewards account! Log in to view your current points, rewards, and annual balance.
Can I add points later if I forgot to provide my account details?
Of course! In order to assist you, please visit our missing points page and provide the relevant order details of your recent visit. We will add your points within 72 hours and confirm with you via email. Your current points, rewards and annual balance are available to view at any time through your registered account. Unfortunately, we cannot add points to purchases for previous years, as points balance resets every calendar year nor before your card was activated.
Do my rewards expire?
Your complimentary half basket of breadsticks for signup will expire 14 days after it is issued; your birthday reward is issued at the start of the calendar month and must be used within that same month. All other rewards, including $5 off your next visit, expire 90 days after they are issued. SFG Rewards points reset every calendar year. To maintain your status, you must continue earning at a rate greater than or equal to the applicable membership level.
Can I redeem multiple rewards in the same order?
Yes. However, your points will only be tracked on the pre-tax subtotal of your order.
What is the minimum order for catering?
For pick up, there is a 10-guest minimum. For drop off, there is a 20-guest minimum. For full service, there is a 30-guest minimum.
How is the pricing for my catering order determined?
Our catering menu is priced per person.
How far in advance do I need to place my catering order?
For full-service events, we ask for 1 week notice prior to the event date, with the final order confirmed no later than 48 hours prior to the event. For drop off service, we ask for a minimum of 48 hours.
Are appetizers part of the catering menu?
No, we currently do not offer traditional appetizer items on our catering menu.
What kind of food does Stonefire Grill offer?
We serve generous portions of scratch-made classic American-inspired dishes. Time-honored recipes are prepared in-house daily from wood-fired meats to fresh salads, pizza, pasta, sandwiches, seasonal side dishes, and desserts.
Can I order online?

Do you accept reservations?
Unfortunately, we do not accept reservations.
Do you sell Gift Cards online?
Yes, we offer traditional and e-gift cards for online purchase. Buy a gift card today.
Does Stonefire Grill make donations?
We take pride in supporting our communities as much as possible. Should you like to make a request for a donation, please visit our Donation Request page.
Do you do anything special for birthdays or celebrations?
Rewards members receive a complimentary dessert on their birthday!
Do you offer event space for large parties?
We are unable to accommodate large parties with reservations but welcome larger groups to join us on a walk-in basis.
Where may I find nutritional and/or allergen information?
You can find nutritional and allergen information for all our menu items on our Nutritional Information page.
Are there gluten-free menu items?
Although we don’t have gluten-free menu items, we do have gluten-sensitive items! These items will have a green GF next to the item name.
Are there vegan or vegetarian items on your menu?
While we use safe food handling procedures, it is possible for any food item to come into contact with animal products during preparation and/or cooking process. All vegan and vegetarian items are identified on our menu with a VT for vegetarian and V for vegan.
Do you serve alcohol?
Yes, we offer a variety of domestic and local craft beer along with a variety of wines available by the glass and bottle at all Stonefire Grill locations.
What are your holiday hours?
To allow our team members and managers to spend time with their families, we are closed on Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Day.
Do I earn rewards on gift card purchases?
While you do not earn points when purchasing a gift card, you will earn them when you use that gift card to pay for your meal. Just be sure to register your SFG Rewards card.
Are your recipes available to your guests?
Our recipes are proprietary, we do not share our recipes, but thank you for loving our food as much as we do!
I signed up for SFG Reward online. How do I get my card?
Thanks for signing up! You can use the phone number associated with your account to earn points and claim rewards. If you’d like a card, please ask a friendly Team Member when you visit us.
Can I earn points on catering orders?
You can earn points on catering pans, (includes a-la-carte pans of salad, pasta, sides, and appetizers), but not on priced-per-person packages.
What types of events does Stonefire Grill cater?
All types. Weddings. Corporate events. Retirement parties. Bridal showers. Baby showers. Birthday parties. The list goes on.
Can I earn points and redeem rewards on beer & wine?
Unfortunately, you cannot earn points or redeem rewards on the purchase of beer and wine.
What type of catering packages are offered?
We offer traditional catering packages and boxed meals. We also offer catering pans to add-on to any catering package or pick up in the restaurant.
Are beverages or dessert options provided with catering?
Yes! For beverages, we offer Coca-Cola products and bottled water, priced per person. We also offer half gallons of our iced teas and lemonades. For desserts, we offer Our Incredible Carrot Cake, Sandy’s Cookie, and Famous Fudge Brownies, priced per person.
I lost my card. What should I do?
We’re here for you! We can easily transfer your rewards and gift card balances to a new card so long as your old card was registered. Contact us with your relevant SFG Rewards details, and we’ll take care of the rest!
Can I combine cards/accounts?
Yes! You may link up to two cards on one account.
Do you offer vegan, vegetarian, and gluten-sensitive options?
Yes, they are readily available for catering upon request.
My 250 points disappeared! What happened?
Congratulations! You earned a reward! We converted them into a $5 off reward for your next visit! For every 250 you earn, you receive an automatic $5 off reward. You’re that much closer to the next SFG Rewards level of earning.
How do you accommodate children when placing a catering order?
When ordering for children, we suggest those under 10 years of age be counted as 2 for 1, two children as one adult.
What’s included in drop off service catering?
A light setup of your catering order and complimentary paper goods and plastic cutlery, upon request.
What’s included in full-service catering?
One or more dedicated Catering Team Member for three hours, choice of black or white linens, chafing dishes and pewter serving bowls, stainless steel serving utensils, and quality plates and cutlery.
What do I need to provide for a full-service event?
We ask that there be two (2) 6 to 8-foot tables or a similar space for each buffet line requested.
How is payment for my catering order handled?
To hold your catering reservation, we require a signed Catering Contract, and a credit card on file. We accept all major credit cards. The day before the event, the credit card on file will be charged the full amount of the order.
Am I able to tip my servers?
Yes, absolutely!
