Frequently Asked Questions
As a fast-casual restaurant, we do not accept reservations of any kind. What we always suggest for large groups or parties is for the party to arrive early, that way our friendly Team can assist in setting up tablespace. If we do not have the tablespace readily available, we’ll do our absolute best to ensure your party is seated as quickly as possible.

Please note: all purchases are processed in the order received (typically, within 48 hours) and shipped with standard USPS postage. At this time, we do not offer eGift Cards.
At STONEFIRE, our fast-casual approach allows you to walk into the restaurant, place your order with one of our friendly Team Members, pick up drinks and utensils and have a seat anywhere in the dining room. Leave the rest to us! We’re not a traditional restaurant, but we’re always active and happy to serve you so that you enjoy your meal in a warm and inviting atmosphere.
This is an experience around which our concept is focused, one that is designed to accommodate multiple people with different tastes and appetites. Since we believe that sharing meals is a wonderful way to bring people together, our unique approach keeps this idea in mind by providing a variety of combined salads, side dishes and entrees to each table. Although STONEFIRE encourages sharing amongst colleagues, friends and family, our menu is just as versatile and sensible for the individual diner, providing a memorable meal for everyone, whatever the occasion! In any case, our Freshly Baked Breadsticks and salads will always arrive first followed by grilled items, pizzas, pastas and more.
Following our fast-casual model of service, STONEFIRE does not take reservations. Our dining rooms operate on a first come, first served basis, and we do our best to provide the most efficient service possible. If you plan on dining with a large group, please feel free to arrive in advance and we will do our best to accommodate you as quickly as we can.
As a general rule, STONEFIRE does not contribute to the community in the form of monetary donations. However, we take great pride in supporting those around us with delicious food and exceptional service. While we cannot support every cause (though we’d like to!), our decisions are made well in advance, so please take this into consideration when contacting us. STONEFIRE Grill was founded in 2000 by sisters, Mary and Maureen Harrigan. To this day, it remains independently owned and operated, and we like it that way! As such, we do not franchise nor are we seeking outside investors at this time. We appreciate your interest!
Sunday through Thursday from 11am to 9:30pm; Friday and Saturday from 11am to 10pm. We are closed on Thanksgiving and Christmas days to allow our Teams to spend time with those closest to them. Our operating hours may vary on other holidays, too, so please be sure to check our site often or call your local STONEFIRE for more information.
Based on our experience, we recommend one server for every 60-75 guests. Costs vary according to your location and required needs, and we will be happy to discuss this in more detail with you when placing your order. Typically, servers are available for a total of three hours: 45-60 minutes of setup, 90 minutes of serving and 30 minutes to clean. Since every event is unique, we understand that you may require additional services, and these can be discussed with our Catering Specialists, too.
STONEFIRE’S full service catering includes one or more Catering Team Members and everything needed to set up a beautiful (and delicious!) buffet for you and your guests. This includes black/white linens, chafing dishes and pewter serving bowls, stainless steel serving utensils and quality plates & cutlery.
For a Full Service Catering, all we ask is that you provide two (2) 6 to 8-foot tables or a similar space for each buffet line requested. These will serve as a part of our setup. Not to worry, we’ll make them look good!
Yes. 24 hours minimum for all deliveries so that we have adequate time to schedule a driver. For full service events, we request that you let us know as soon as you have the date…the details can wait. With that said, your order must be placed at least one week in advance and even earlier during busier times of the year, like major holidays. All orders are placed on a first come, first served basis.
Yes, you may. All details, including menu and number of guests, may be adjusted up to 72 hours prior to scheduled event. We appreciate you understanding that while we will do our best to accommodate last-minute changes, we cannot make any guarantees.
Yes and yes! For beverages, we offer Pepsi products and bottled water, priced per person. For our desserts, we offer our Our Incredible Carrot Cake, Heavenly Cheesecake and Famous Fudge Brownies, priced per person. Please ask us for more details if this interests you.
Of course. Our Catering Menu represents our most popular guest choices over the years, but we are happy to accommodate special requests within reason. Vegan, vegetarian and gluten-free options are readily available for catering, and we would be happy to assist you in your planning for these and any other special dietary considerations. When ordering for children, we suggest those under 10 years of age being counted as 2 for 1 – two children to one adult. Separate menus can also be provided.

We accept all major credit cards and require a holding card to reserve the event. Cash works, too. While we do not require a deposit, we do ask that you sign and return our Catering Contract to confirm your order. On the morning of the event, we will charge your credit card in full or you may pay with cash upon arrival of our Team. Don’t worry, we’ll go over all of this in much more detail 72 hours prior to your event.
